General information on the legal bases for data processing on this website
If you have consented to data processing, we process your personal data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR or Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR, insofar as special categories of data pursuant to Art. 9(1) GDPR are processed. Data processing may also be carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Information on the respective legal bases applicable in each individual case is provided in the following paragraphs of this privacy policy.
Recipients of personal data
As part of our business activities, we work with various external parties. This may also require the transfer of personal data to these external parties. We only disclose personal data to external parties if this is necessary for contract fulfillment, if we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. disclosure of data to tax authorities), if we have a legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in the disclosure, or if another legal basis permits the transfer of data. When using processors, we only disclose our customers’ personal data on the basis of a valid contract for data processing. In the case of joint processing, a contract on joint processing is concluded.
Withdrawal of your consent to data processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You may revoke consent that you have already given at any time. The legality of data processing carried out up to the point of revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
Right to object to the collection of data in special cases and to direct marketing (Art. 21 GDPR)
IF DATA PROCESSING IS BASED ON ART. 6(1)(E) OR (F) GDPR, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT AT ANY TIME, ON GROUNDS RELATING TO YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION, TO OBJECT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA; THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING BASED ON THESE PROVISIONS. THE LEGAL BASIS ON WHICH ANY PROCESSING IS BASED CAN BE FOUND IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU OBJECT, WE WILL NO LONGER PROCESS YOUR AFFECTED PERSONAL DATA UNLESS WE CAN DEMONSTRATE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR THE PROCESSING WHICH OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS, RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS OR THE PROCESSING SERVES THE ESTABLISHMENT, EXERCISE OR DEFENSE OF LEGAL CLAIMS (OBJECTION PURSUANT TO ART. 21(1) GDPR).
IF YOUR PERSONAL DATA ARE PROCESSED FOR THE PURPOSE OF DIRECT MARKETING, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CONCERNING YOU FOR SUCH MARKETING; THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING TO THE EXTENT THAT IT IS RELATED TO SUCH DIRECT MARKETING. IF YOU OBJECT, YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL SUBSEQUENTLY NO LONGER BE USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF DIRECT MARKETING (OBJECTION PURSUANT TO ART. 21(2) GDPR).
Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority
In the event of violations of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of their habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged violation. The right to lodge a complaint is without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies.
Right to data portability
You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done insofar as it is technically feasible.
Information, correction and deletion
Within the scope of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to obtain free information about your stored personal data, their origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing and, if applicable, a right to correction or deletion of this data. For this and any other questions about personal data, you can contact us at any time.
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data. You can contact us at any time regarding this. The right to restriction of processing applies in the following cases:
If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored with us, we usually need time to verify this. For the duration of the review, you have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data.
If the processing of your personal data was/is unlawful, you may request the restriction of data processing instead of deletion.
If we no longer need your personal data, but you need it to exercise, defend or assert legal claims, you have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data instead of deletion.
If you have lodged an objection pursuant to Art. 21(1) GDPR, a balance must be struck between your interests and ours. As long as it has not yet been determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data.
If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, these data – apart from their storage – may only be processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or of a Member State.
SSL or TLS encryption
This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
HTTPS encrypts information in transit between your browser and the web server. It does not replace the security measures needed when information is stored or processed.
4. Cookies, fonts and external content
We do not embed advertising pixels, third-party analytics tools, tracking cookies or social media widgets on this website. Fonts and images are served as part of the site; the page does not request fonts from external font services.
The hosting and form services process technical data needed to deliver the website and handle submissions, as described in sections 2 and 5. This is distinct from advertising or cross-site tracking. Your browser settings let you manage or remove cookies.
5. Contact and application forms
Information you provide
The application form asks for your name or creator name, email address, phone number, Instagram profile (link or username), current management arrangement and the main goal of your inquiry. These fields are marked as required so we can assess the potential collaboration and contact you.
You can optionally provide your OnlyFans profile as a link or username, a monthly revenue range and its currency, your main social media channel and profile, your preferred conversation language, time zone and a message. The revenue range refers to an approximate monthly average after the platform fee and before management commission and taxes. You may leave these optional fields blank or choose to discuss revenue personally.
The language of the form page is included with your submission to help us handle the inquiry. If you contact us by email, we process the contact details and correspondence you send us.
You may also choose to tell us how you heard about us. A fixed form-version label is stored with the submission to identify which form was used. This does not track visitors across pages.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the submitted information to review your account and goals, assess whether a collaboration may be suitable and respond to you. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual requests, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other correspondence based on our interest in responding to inquiries. Voluntary additional context helps us understand your request; it is not required to submit the form.
Service providers and transmission
When you submit the form, its contents are sent to Formspree, Inc. and stored to process your enquiry. Formspree also handles any configured spam check and the submission confirmation. Notifications are delivered to our business email account, operated using Microsoft 365 through GoDaddy. Technical information, including an IP address, may also be processed for secure delivery and spam prevention. The website does not send form-field values to an analytics service.
Please do not submit passwords, login codes, identity documents, intimate images or private fan information. The form does not require file uploads. A field labelled “Phone / WhatsApp” collects a number; it does not embed a WhatsApp widget or send your form entries to WhatsApp.
After the browser receives confirmation of the form submission, a Netlify function sends an additional notification to the responsible team members through Telegram (direct message and internal group, where configured). It contains the contact and profile details you submit, your answers about your current management and goals, and any optional details and message you provide. It also includes the form language, receipt time and a random enquiry reference. Long messages may be split into multiple Telegram notifications. Netlify stores technical delivery receipts, without copies of the form contents, to prevent duplicate notifications. Read more about Telegram’s processing in its privacy policy. Formspree and our email inbox remain the authoritative record of the application.
Processing may involve service providers in the United States. Netlify describes its international transfer safeguards in its privacy statement and Data Processing Agreement. Information about form processing is available in the Formspree privacy policy. Information about our email providers is available from GoDaddy and Microsoft.
Retention and your rights
We retain inquiries for as long as they are needed to deal with your request or to meet applicable legal retention obligations. You may contact hello@av-majestic.com to exercise the rights described in section 3.
6. Calculator and comparison worksheet
The scenario calculator and comparison worksheet process your entries locally in your browser. We do not receive calculation values or worksheet contents. Worksheet entries disappear when you reload; you can save them using the print function.
7. Optional usage statistics
Only with your voluntary consent do we count page views and specific steps: enquiry clicks, form starts, validation errors, submission attempts, confirmed receipts, submission errors and calculator changes. The only fields are fixed categories for event, page language, page type, button placement and, where applicable, error group. We collect no form values, revenue figures, full URLs, referrers, visitor identifiers or user profiles. These are event counts, not individual visitor journeys.
The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Your choice is stored in local browser storage for 180 days. Use “Statistics settings” in the footer to change your choice or withdraw consent for future counts at any time. Declining does not affect website functionality.
Counts are sent to our own endpoint hosted by Netlify and aggregated by day. Daily counts are removed after 90 days on the next daily cleanup. IP addresses and browser details are not stored in these counters; Netlify processes connection details for technical delivery and abuse prevention as described in the hosting section. Statistics are separate from Formspree and Telegram.
If you reach the application through a topic-specific enquiry link, its fixed topic (switch, funnel or reporting) is included with your application to help us understand your enquiry.
