OnlyFans agency fees: understand the commission and compare offers

Majestic Studios charges 25–50% of revenue after the platform fee, with no additional costs. We discuss the exact rate and scope before a collaboration begins. To compare offers, identify the amount the percentage applies to and the work it includes.
Keep three figures separate
- Fan payments: the starting amount before the platform deduction.
- Revenue after the platform fee: the basis for Majestic’s management commission.
- The amount after management commission: what remains before your taxes and business expenses.
The same percentage charged on gross payments and on revenue after platform fees produces different costs. Ask for the calculation and included responsibilities. The examples below assume a 20% platform fee.
An example with €10,000 in fan payments
Hypothetical calculation, not an offer or earnings forecast. A 20% platform fee leaves €8,000. Applying different management rates to that amount gives:
| Management rate | Management fee | You retain |
|---|---|---|
| 25% | €2,000 | €6,000 |
| 40% | €3,200 | €4,800 |
| 50% | €4,000 | €4,000 |
When would you keep the same amount?
Working independently leaves €8,000 after the platform fee in this example. With a 40% management rate, fan payments would need to reach about €16,667 to retain the same amount: roughly 66.7% more revenue. This calculation does not predict that increase.
If you already have management, use your existing fee as the starting point. Compare both arrangements along with services and workload. The scenario calculator includes your current fee, a proposed fee and a revenue change you choose.
What a percentage cannot tell you
- Who plans content, edits video and manages the account?
- Which channels are included?
- How are chatting, tone and boundaries agreed?
- How much production and review work stays with you?
- What information will reporting provide?
A lower rate is not automatically the better fit. A higher rate does not prove better work either. Compare specific responsibilities and the amount left after fees.
